I would like to thank you for making such wonderful products.....or at least
one that I know of at this point.

I am handicapped and last year my husband gave me a wonderful little jack
russell to keep me company. The jack russell, has, however, had the most
horrific skin allergies. We've tried everything. When I say everything, I
literally mean everything. We've tried everything from cortisone shots to
antibiotics, natural diets to oatmeal rubs, teatree oil rubs and anything
else that I could find anywhere mentioned that might help....even
eliminating fowl from his diet at one point. I've bougth every spray, oil
and rub on the market. Your product, the "skin and coat emollient" was one
product I recently purchased. To my utter disbelief...it has made a HUGE
difference in his comfort. While he is not cured, he is SO much better and
SO much more comfortable...and this is in only 2 days. Before using your
product, Popeye (he only has one eye, thus his name) had scratched himself
bloody and his coat looked like one huge mess of welts and sores.

I am very grateful for your product. You've gained a loyal customer. I'll be
seeing what other products you have available the next time I'm in a store
that carries your brand.

Hi there,
i own an American Eskimo/Huskie who is 90% Eskie and with that inherited the
very thick coat that breed has, and EVERY summer (i live in Dallas Texas)
after the first week of heat spells he always gets heat rashes and is
miserable due to the enormous metabolic tasking resulting from  the amount
of shedding and discomfort he goes through. I have tried daily
hydrocortisone treatments and a dermal retinol salve that only partially
helps. I purchased your Skin and Coat Emollient spray last week and it hasbrought him back to a normal healthy coat after only 3 days treatment!
My best friend thanks you, (Sasha) for developing this product, please do
not stop producing this and feel free to publish this feedback for

Dr. Jeff,
      Thank you for your medicated shampoo.  My yorkie has terrible problems
with dry flaky skin and scratches daily.  While traveling I found and
purchased your medicated shampoo and my
dog no longer has a problem with her skin.  I am so shocked I want to tell
everyone.  No more medication and just a bath in your product.  I will try
more of your products.  Would love to know if you have a product to spray on
between baths they will  not cause a rash. Thanks again Doc you solved my
problem. Lucy is greatful also.

Dear Dr. Werber,

I received my order of the emollient spray a few days ago, and have been
applying it to Muttley once a day ever since.  I must tell you how wonderful
your product is!!  I've tried numerous skin conditioning treatments for
several years, but this is the first time a product has really worked!  Since
using the emollient spray, Muttley has not had his usual dander problem, and
he's only scratched himself a couple of times in several days.  Best of all,
his yeast-y odor is gone!  You have no idea what this means to me.  As I told
you, I give him monthly allergy shots as prescribed by my vet, feed him
supplements, plus I bathe him with medicated shampoos (including Ketochlor),
as well as keeping a constant prescription of Ketoconozal (sp?) on hand.  I
also had been using a spray on his coat that is supposed to remove dander. 
Even with all of these things, he would continue to scratch and have dander
and smell yeast-y a lot of the time.

You have made Muttley and I very happy!  Thank you for such a wonderful
product at such a low price.

Great product.! Wanted to buy it. Just wanted to know where I could
purchase it because my wife doesn't want to use anything else on the
dogs. She is driving me nuts every time she bathes the dogs complaining

I am so grateful to you!  A year and a half ago I
adopted a cat at the local Humane Society shelter.
After a couple of weeks I learned he was deaf.  I have
spent the last year and a half trying to train him and
it was impossible.  He was always very nervous and
anxious and I was just about to give up on him.  Last
Christmas on a visit to Florida I bought a can of your
Calming Formula for cats and it has made all the

My husband and I have 8 cats and have experienced some variety of
behavioral problems from territorial marking to fighting, to hiding for
days at a time.  I found your product, Calming Powder (which is good for
use with either cats or dogs) and we tried it on our little colony, and
it worked!   I can't tell you how much we love this product.  We took the
animals off of it for a while, but the colony reverted to bad behavior,
we put them on the Calming Powder and just like that , a dose or two
later, the behavior problems start to clear up, after about a week,
almost no problems!    No cats, wandering the halls, yowling to go out,
no cats spitting, hissing and chasing each other throughout the night!
No one marking my doorways and bathrooms and beds!   I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!
    
All that being said, I have a problem finding the product!  I've tried
every local pet store and a couple of the larger chains, no one is
carrying your product!  I originally purchased your product on a whim as
a stocking stuffer for my husband at Christmas.  (He was so fed up with
the cat problems that he told me to either tranquilize the cats or him!)
 Christmas day the cats started on the calming powder by New-years voila!
No problems!
 
 
    So if someone would tell me how I can order some more calming powder,
I'd be happy!   If you ever make a commercial, count on my testimonial!

Hi Dr. Jeff,
You do not know me: however, I am a pet owner.  I just read your article
The Letting Go in Pets Magazine (July/ August 2003).  I am at present a
two cat family, but on August 6, 2003 I have the hardest thing to do.  My
female cat Spain Oreo aged 9, has kidney failure for the third time and I
have to let her go.  I understand I am doing this for her since she is in
extreme pain; nonetheless, it is vey difficult for me.  My husband has
only known Spain for 2 1/2 years and is as heartsick as I. 

Your article was informative for of us, as well the brief section on
letting other grieve too.  Her brother, Simon Thomas I think already
knows she is not well, he does spend with her, but like he used to.

Again, thank you for an eye opening article, it validates the emotions I
am going through at this moment.
